Eagle Holyweasel Doney of Havre, 24, was arrested Monday at the Police Department for violation of conditions of release in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a complaint after a caller from the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce reported Monday at 9:34 a.m. that dirt and flowers from a planter had been "spread out all over."

Officers investigated a theft-forgery-fraud report after a First Street West business caller reported Monday at 4:15 p.m. that someone had written a bad check.

Jason Ed Keeling of Havre, 42, was arrested Monday at 7:28 p.m. at a First Street West business on charges of violations of conditions release and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a theft-forgery-fraud report after a 73rd Avenue caller reported Monday that an Amazon credit card was open in their name.

Wallace Grant Doney Jr. of Hays, 23, was arrested Monday at 6:18 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center on an assault charge.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to a call Monday.

Emergency fire crews responded to a call Monday at 11:39 a.m. on the 900 Block of Fifth Avenue, after a stove fire was reported. The fire had been put out by the time fire crews got there and no damage, aside from burnt fish, was caused.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Monday a tan and white pitbull mix-breed, a tan terrier-collie mix and brown, long-haired dachshund mix-breed.
