Officers investigated a vandalism report after a First Street caller reported Thursday at 7:04 a.m. that a window had been broken out with a brick.

Officers investigated a found property report after someone reported Thursday at 9:18 p.m. that they found a set of keys behind a Fifth Avenue address.

Duane Bradlee Snow of Hays, 54, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on First Street reported that there was an intoxicated man in the street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no investigations or arrests.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call this morning.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter on Thursday held a tan and white pitbull-mix, a tan terrier-collie mix and a brown, long-haired dachshund-mix.

The animal shelter also held a feral black and tan kitten, a feral gray cat, a black domestic cat and a charcoal cat with a green collar.
