Officers made an arrest after a caller from the Amtrak station reported Monday at 12:43 p.m. that a woman needed to be removed off the eastbound train.

Officers investigated a burglary report after a Washington Avenue caller reported Monday at 12:54 p.m. that her house was broken into over the weekend and things were missing.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash after a First Street West caller reported the incident Monday at 1:38 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft after an officer reported Monday at 2:35 p.m. that a SCRAM bracelet had been stolen.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Monday at 2:42 p.m. that they were missing license plates.

Officers investigated a complaint Monday at 4:33 p.m. in relation to a sexual or violent offender registry violation.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a First Street business reported Monday at 11:44 p.m. that a man in a red Dodge pickup pumped gas and drove away without paying.

Officers made an arrest this morning at 5:22 during a motor vehicle stop on First Street. No further information was provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a complaint after a caller from Beaver Creek Park called Monday at 9:36 a.m. and asked to speak to a deputy.

Deputies investigated an animal control report after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Monday at 11:25 a.m. that someone in the emergency room had a dog bite.

Samuel Roastingstick of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Monday at 5:14 p.m. on Eighth Avenue West.

Tucker Joseph Loftus of Havre, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 6:44 p.m. on First Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Monday at 4:48 p.m. on the 100 Block of 11th Street West, where two fire alarms had been pulled without reason. There was no fire.

Births

A girl was born Monday, Aug. 15, 2016, to Shadey AnnMarie Wienke and Chanyng Ward Stevenson of Malta.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Monday a tan and white pitbull mix, a white and tan husky-heeler mix, a tan terrier-collie mix and a brown mix-breed puppy.
