Nolan Earl Snell of Havre, 24, was arrested on a partner of family member assault after a First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 10:46 a.m. that a little girl told her that her mom was getting beat up.

Officers investigated a fraud report after a First Street business caller reported a fradulent money order Friday at 1:10 p.m.

John Edward Huston of Havre, 66, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and an assault charge after a Second Street West caller reported Friday at 3:11 p.m. that someone was not allowing her to get her property.

Officers assisted a citizen, who found an abandoned bike, Friday at 8:54 p.m. at Carpenter Park.

Keith Michael Samples of Billings, 44, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property after a caller from a First Street establishment reported a bar fight Friday at 11:14 p.m.

Robert Wayne Favel Jr. of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on a criminal trespass to vehicle charge after a First Street West business caller reported Saturday at 3:57 a.m. that someone hit his van.

An officer investigated after a caller from Town Square reported Friday at 6:08 a.m. that he found a garden gnome that said library on it.

Officers investigated a theft report after it was reported at the police station Saturday at 8 a.m. that tires and rims were stolen from the backyard.

Animal control investigated a complaint after a First Street West caller reported Saturday at 11:54 p.m. that a cat attacked two people.

Animal control investigated a complaint after a Fourth Street caller reported Saturday at 12:15 p.m. that two dogs were running loose.

Bo James Young of Lewistown, 36, was issued a summons on a charge of speeding Saturday at 11:23 p.m. on First Street West.

Deputies assisted another agency west of town on U.S. Highway 2 Friday at 11:19 a.m. after a caller reported that a man in white pickup truck got out of the vehicle and beat up a man on a bike.

Candida Margaret Champagne of Great Falls, 36, was arrested on shoplifting charge Saturday at 8:59 p.m. after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 7:41 p.m.

Santana Young Stump of Loredo, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 12:48 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, five Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a false alarm in the 3900 Block of Sixth Street Friday at 7:39 p.m.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 5:13 p.m. on the 1200 Block of Third Street North, where a bad detector was set off.

Havre Animal Shelter

Dogs at the animal shelter Friday included a tan and white pitbull mix-breed and a white and tan husky-heeler mix.

Cats at the shelter included a feral black and tan and a feral gray cat.
