Tourists take in FORT ASSINNIBOINE

Tour guide Jarold Schmidt points out items inside a building at Fort Assinniboine Tuesday to Kathy and Dave Triatik. The Triatiks were passing through Havre on an extended trip from Wisconsin to visit a relative in Utah and toured after finding a brochure advertising both Fort Assinniboine and Havre Beneath the Streets. Dave Triatik said it was great to see local donors maintaining the historic sties so tourists and the community can enjoy them.
