Derek Theodore Dahlin, 51, of Havre was arrested on a criminal contempt charge Monday at 7:25 a.m. at the police station.

Delaine May Alley, 53. of San Carlos, Arizona was issued a summons on a charge of theft of labor or services or use of property after a 1st Street business caller reported Monday at 9:49 a.m. that a person left without paying for room rental.

Alexander Dennis Eakins, 27, of Havre was arrested for minor assault after a 2nd Street caller reported Monday at 3:16 p.m. that a man was trying to fight.

Officers investigated a theft/forgery/fraud report initiated by an officer Monday at 3:18 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller at a 1st Street business reported Monday at 4:50 p.m. that a vehicle was backed into.

——

Officers assisted a 14th Street West citizen who reported Monday at 8:49 p.m. that a juvenile had run away.

——

Officers assisted a citizen who came into the police station Monday at 8:58 p.m. to speak to an officer about a problem she was having with another woman.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash this morning after an 8th Street caller reported at 12:19 a Chrysler 300 hit and run.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations at 12:43 a.m. in Deaconess Park.

Nadine C. Obey, 29, of Regina, Saskatchewan, was arrested this morning at 1:42 at near 1st Street establishment for driving under the influence and failure to back up safely.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a caller on 2nd Street reported this morning at 1:56 a.m. that her mom was “out of control” and requested officer response.

Dailyn Janae Finnicum, 21, of Sidney was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated and obstructing a peace officer this morning at 1:59 at a 1st Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated Monday at 2:21 p.m. multiple 911 calls made by a caller at Fresno Reservoir.

Nicholas Ryan Pyle, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 4:52 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies assisted a 1st Street Southwest, Box Elder, citizen who requested Monday at 5:22 p.m. that a deputy check out her property.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and three this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

As of Monday, the Hill County Animal Shelter held a tan and white pitbull, a white and tan husky-heeler mix and a black Labrador and spaniel mix. The shelter also held a feral black and tan kitten, a feral gray cat and a gray and white kitten, along with a domestic rabbit.
