Sheldon Joseph Flying, 47, of Havre was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge Thursday at 9:16 a.m. in city court.

Officers investigated a complaint after a caller at a 1st Street business reported Thursday at 3:09 p.m. that someone was trying to kill him.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller on 1st Street West reported the incident Thursday at 5:47 p.m.

Darnell Kay Champagne, 37, of Box Elder was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge after a 5th Street caller reported Thursday at 6:43 p.m. that an intoxicated woman was trying to fight her.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller came to the police station Thursday at 9:25 p.m. to talk to an officer “about things on with” a relative.

Frankie Lee Henderson, 28, of Box Elder was arrested for violating parole this morning at 3:48 at Northern Montana Hospital.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft report after a 36th Avenue Northeast caller reported Thursday at 2:07 p.m. that her medication had been stolen.

Sarah Renee Shelton, 19, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia Thursday at 11:40 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.
