Havre Police Department

Rosemary Cheyenne St. Pierre, 36, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Wednesday at 7:03 a.m. at the Great Falls detetion center and was brought to the Hill County Detention Center.

Natasha Rose Lohman, 25, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 1:36 p.m. on 6th Street.

Officers investigated a complaint after a caller reported Wednesday at 5:01 p.m. wanting to speak to an officer about wanting to speak about a common scheme.

Officers arrested two men after a 9th Avenue Northwest caller reported two people fighting Wednesday at 7:35 p.m. Jared Scott Granados, 27, of Harlem was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servants and Joseph Thomas Hastheeagle, 29, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Clinton Estell, 58, of Havre was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a headlamp violation Wednesday at 10:47 p.m. on 13th Avenue.

Emmett Windyboy, 23, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant this morning at 12:15 on 1st Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a 33rd Avenue Northeast caller reported Wednesday at 4:31 p.m. that someone was stealing power from her daughter’s trailer.

An arrest was made Wednesday at 10:53 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center. No other information was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 3:52 p.m. on the 1700 Block of Highway 2. The call turned out to be a false alarm.
