Vicki Lynn Simonson, 50, of Havre was arrested on a criminal contempt charge and on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 9:02 a.m.

William Wayne Szudera, 79, of Havre was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a 7th Street caller reported Tuesday at 10:23 a.m. that she was involved in a verbal domestic abuse situation.

Jolee Lyn Landgraf, 25, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault after a 17th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 10:55 a.m. that they heard screaming.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a 2nd Street caller reported Tuesday at 12:55 p.m. that her aunt hit a child in the eye with a dish soap container.

Danica Lea Montana, 28, of Harlem was arrested on charges of shoplifting and disorderly conduct after two callers from a 1st Street business reported a combative female shopper Tuesday at 1:24 p.m.

Albert Leo Colantuono, 22, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported Tuesday at 1:44 p.m. that a marijuana odor was detected.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller from the BNSF station reported the incident between a Pontiac and a Jeep Tuesday at 5:04 p.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a 4th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 6:26 p.m. that a vehicle had hit a light pole.

Officers assisted a citizen after a 2nd Street caller made a report Tuesday at 7:01 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 9:13 p.m. on the 800 Block of 15th Street where a light pole was struck by lightning and lit on fire. Fire crews ensured the fire didn't spread while NorthWest Energy repaired pole.
