Officers investigated a complaint Monday at 8:08 a.m. related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated an auto theft after a caller on 19th Street made the report Monday at 9:42 a.m.

Officers made an arrest after a 1st Street West business caller reported Monday 3:43 p.m. that someone was trying to pawn stolen items.

Officers investigated an animal control report after a 3rd Street caller reported Monday at 4:20 p.m. that a dog that was given away showed back up and the caller could like it taken back.

Donna Sue Meyers, 70, of Havre was arrested on charges of motor vehicle theft and theft of belongings from motor vehicles Monday at 5:03 p.m. at a 1st Street West business.

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons after a woman with a warrant came into the police department for a urinary analysis Monday at 7:10 p.m. Eleven Rae Lewis, 40, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Donald Keith Cochran, 51, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and driving without insurance.

Megan Lee Dobbs, 23, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of minor assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device after a caller from 10th Avenue and 3rd Street reported Monday at 8:06 p.m. that a woman was trying to beat him up.

Officers investigated a theft report after it was reported by a caller at 3rd Street Monday at 9:01 p.m.

Officers made an arrest after a 2nd Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Monday at 11:45 p.m. No further information was given.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a complaint Monday at 4:54 p.m. from an 11th Street North caller.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.
