Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller from 10th Street reported it Friday at 11:49 a.m.

Jordan James Normandy, 22, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 1:51 p.m. on 8th Avenue.

Jenessa Ganuelas, 21, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Friday at 2:56 p.m. that someone sprayed pepper spray in the building.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Friday at 4:29 p.m. that roofing tiles had been stolen from the back yard.

Darrel Michael Dubois, 26, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 5:16 p.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated a found property report after a Havre area caller reported Friday at 5:39 p.m. that a key was found.

Ramona Doney Champagne, 63, of Havre was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller from a 1st Street business reported an argument.

Stephanie Lynn Collins, 33, of Havre was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 12:24 a.m. at a 1st Street Northeast address.

Anita Jo Eagleman Onco, 41, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 12:43 a.m. near a 1st Street West business address.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 3rd Street caller reported Saturday at 3:35 p.m. that a statue had been stolen out of his yard.

Casey Christopher Gilbertson, 19, of Harlem was issued a summons for a theft from buildings charge after a caller reported an incident Saturday at 4:52 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Saturday at 5:58 p.m. that money was stolen after his vehicle had been worked on and left outside.

Douglas Red Eagle, 18, of Great Falls was arrested for theft after a caller from an 11th Street West address reported Saturday at 6:29 p.m. that an employee saw someone steal a bike.

Lakota Cree Shield, 20, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 8:13 p.m. on 5th Street.

Officers investigated a call from an 11th Street West business in which the caller reported at 8:18 p.m. Satruday a thef t of beer theft Saturday.

Demetrick Sintron Henderson, 33, of Havre was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 8:36 p.m. on 4th Street.

Officers made two arrests after a 1st Street establishment employee reported a fight. James Lewis Martin, 21, of Havre was arrested for disorderly conduct and Thomas Russell Welch, 25, of Havre was arrested for disorderly conduct.

A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for a partner or family member assault charge after a 4th Street caller reported Sunday at 9:10 a.m. that someone was assaulted by their daughter.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 14th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 11:30 a.m. that two bicycles were stolen.

Officers assisted a citizen and made an arrest after a Havre area caller reported Sunday at 12:32 p.m. that there were child custody issues.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller from 7th Avenue reported Sunday at 4:17 p.m. that a vehicle was hit and the other party left information on the vehicle.

Officers investigated an auto theft report after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Sunday at 6:35 p.m. that a dark gray 2012 GMC Sierra had been stolen.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made two arrests after a caller from a U.S. Highway 87 business reported Saturday at 2:12 a.m. that a woman was “getting beat up in the south parkign lot.” Jerika Dale Valandra, 20, of Lewistown was arrested on on two counts of partner or family member assault and a charge of criminal mischief and vandalism; and Krista Jordan, 39, of Havre was arersted on charges of partner or family memeber assault and criminal mischief.

Anita Jo Eagleman Onco, 41, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 4:05 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Raesha Renaye Frost, 20, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 9:43 p.m. at the Great Northern Fair.

——

Victor Manuel Saucedo, 37, of Billings was arrested Sunday at 10:078 p.m. on 1st Street West on a federal warrant and charges of obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one Sunday and two this morning.
