Officers investigated a fraud report after someone told officers Monday at 9:09 a.m. that they’d like to speak to an officer about fraud.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 10th Street caller reported Monday at 9:13 a.m. that a license plate had been stolen.

Havre officers assisted another agency Monday at 4:30 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported Monday at 6:04 p.m. that she thought someone had entered her apartment while she was in the laundry room and took her wallet.

Michael Wayne Williams, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, careless driving, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest after a caller from a 1st Street establishment reported Monday at 9:14 p.m. that a possible drunk driver had just pulled into the establishment parking lot.

Hali Paige Carpenter, 26, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief/vandalism after a 4th Street caller reported Monday at 10:03 p.m. that his ex ripped the handle off his pickup truck.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a 1st Street West business caller reported Monday at 10:48 p.m. that a customer ran into a transport van.

Officers investigated a burglar alarm that was set off this morning at 1:51 at a 5th Avenue business.

Sheriff’s office dispatch log reported no investigations or arrests.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.
