Officers investigated a theft report after a 1st Street business caller reported Monday at 11:17 a.m. that a shoplifter was caught on tape.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 1st Street business caller reported Monday at 2:13 p.m. that someone shot her front window out with a BB gun.

Rueben Jessie Gillian, 33, of Havre was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants and a revocation of suspended or deferred sentence Monday at 2:15 p.m. in the alley off 9th Avenue.

Robin Joseph McConnell, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of two counts of partner or family member assault after a caller from a 6th Street West business reported a complaint.

Officers investigated a theft after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Monday at 3:45 p.m. that a shoplifter had been caught on tape.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller reported Monday at 4:08 p.m. that someone was violating a protection order.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 9th Street caller reported Monday at 5:44 p.m. that tattoo supplies had been stolen.

Raymond Windyboy, 54, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and having an open container in the city after a caller from a 1st Street West business reported Monday at 7:12 p.m. that a drunk man was harassing customers.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after a County 838 Road Northwest caller reported a complaint Monday at 9:05 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Monday.
