Officers investigated a report of a possible motor vehicle crash after a 3rd Street reported Friday at 9:40 a.m. that her Suburban looked as if it had been sideswiped.

Tyrone Clifford Stiffarm, 37, of Harlem was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Friday at 1:18 p.m. that an intoxicated man was sitting on the curb and there was concern he would “get up and stumble into train traffic.”

Officers made two arrests during a motor vehicle stop on 3rd Avenue Friday at 2:17 p.m. Tevin Horn, 20, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Brittney A. Bradley, 18, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving without a driver’s license and driving without insurance.

Raymond Windyboy, 54, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a 1st Street caller reported Friday at 4:27 p.m. that a man walked into traffic and went into the casino.

Officers made an arrest on 5th Street in relation to a search warrant Friday at 4:30 p.m. No further information was provided.

Vincent Lawrence Denny, 20, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday morning at 2:34 a.m.

Officers investigated a found property report after a caller reported Saturday at 10:50 a.m. that a wallet was found at the slow pitch fields.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on 11th Street West Saturday at 11:49 a.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Saturday at 2:16 p.m. that a male driver in an older two-door vehicle drove away without paying for gas.

Kale C. Garfield, 31, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from Pepin Park reported Saturday at 2:59 p.m. that there were four to five people drinking in the park.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on 1st Street West reported Saturday at 3:23 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after someone from 6th Avenue want to the police station to report the incident Sunday at 2:38 p.m.

Officers assisted a citizen after a 3rd Venue caller asked to speak to an officer about a tenant Sunday at 3:29 p.m.

Officers served a warrant after a caller reported reported Sunday at 5:25 p.m. a man with a warrant on 1st Street.

Sharon Lee Parsons, 29, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an anonymous caller from 1st Avenue reported Sunday at 6:51 p.m. a woman with a warrant.

Officers issued two summonses after an anonymous caller reported Sunday at 8:15 p.m. that three to four people were drinking in the gazebo area of Pepin Park. Roger Lee Wells, 61, of Havre was issued a summons for charges of having an open container in the city, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violation of conditions release, and Preston Wade Clark, 29, of Box Elder was issued a summons for having an open container in the city and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence.

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Sunday at 11:43 p.m. that there was an intoxicated 13-year-old and the parents had left. Austin Jayde Valencia, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of minor in possession, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and on two Justice or City court warrants. A 14-year-old was issued a summons for MIP.

Sheriff’s dispatch log had no investigations or arrests to report.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one Saturday, one call Sunday and one call Monday morning.

Fire crews responded to a fire call on the 900 Block of 9th Street Sunday at 1:40 p.m. where a grass fire was believed to be intentionally started at the skate park. The fire was put out before it cause significant damage.

Fire crews responded to a fire call on 1st Street and 19th Avenue at 3:37 p.m. where a fire was intentionally started in the foundation of a partially built home. Fire Chief Tim Hedges said the police investigated the incident and charges are pending on juvenile suspects.
