Tyrone Clifford Stiffarm, 37, of Harlem was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Friday at 1:18 p.m. that an intoxicated man was sitting on the curb and there was concern he would “get up and stumble into train traffic.”

Officers issued two summonses after an anonymous caller reported Sunday at 8:15 p.m. that three to four people were drinking in the gazebo area of Pepin Park. Roger Lee Wells, 61, of Havre was issued a summons for charges of having an open container in the city, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violation of conditions release, and Preston Wade Clark, 29, of Box Elder was issued a summons for having an open container in the city and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence.

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Sunday at 11:43 p.m. that there was an intoxicated 13-year-old and the parents had left. Austin Jayde Valencia, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of minor in possession, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and on two Justice or City court warrants. A 14-year-old was issued a summons for MIP.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one Saturday, one call Sunday and one call Monday morning.

Fire crews responded to a fire call on the 900 Block of 9th Street Sunday at 1:40 p.m. where a grass fire was believed to be intentionally started at the skate park. The fire was put out before it cause significant damage.

Fire crews responded to a fire call on 1st Street and 19th Avenue at 3:37 p.m. where a fire was intentionally started in the foundation of a partially built home. Fire Chief Tim Hedges said the police investigated the incident and charges are pending on juvenile suspects.
