Officers investigated a vandalism report after a caller from the Havre-Hill County Library reported Monday at 9:26 a.m. that a rock was thrown through the window.

Russell Robert Bunten, 52, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a 5th Street caller reported Monday at 10:05 a.m. that the neighbor won’t leave.

Officers investigated a fraud report after a someone came into the police station to report a scam Monday at 11:37 a.m.

Officers investigated a burglary after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Monday at 11:48 a.m. that a burglary had taken place.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 6th Avenue caller reported Monday at 12:47 p.m. that a cellphone was stolen from his vehicle.

Officers investigated a burglary after a 7th Street caller reported the incident Monday at 12:48 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of found property after someone reported Monday at 6:47 p.m. that a pink wallet had been found.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a 10th Street caller reported Monday at 7:36 p.m. that she found drug paraphernalia in her granddaughter’s car.

A 15-year-old girl was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a 1st Street caller reported Monday at 7:36 p.m. that there was a noncombative shoplifter in the break room.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller reported Monday at 8:37 p.m. that a wallet was taken out of the vehicle.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 business reported Monday at 9:52 p.m. that 18 pain pills were stolen out of his hotel room.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Shannon Jay Walston, 24, of Billings was arrested Monday at 2:46 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one today.
