Havre Police Department

After a caller from Wilson Avenue reported at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday that a dog had attacked another dog, officers issued a summons to Daryl John Norden, 53, of Havre on a charge of vicious dog.

Responding to a call from 4th Street at 11:24 a.m. Wednesday, officers issued a summons to Jathan Roberto Moreno, 38, on a charge of assault.

Officers investigated a report made at 2:39 p.m. from a 3rd Street location that someone had thrown a mountain bike into the caller’s yard the previous night.

After recontacting someone who hung up during a 911 call from an unspecified location in the Havre area, officers made two arrests. Details were not available in the Havre Police Department call log.

After a caller complained at 11:33 p.m. Wednesday about a westbound vehicle on 1st Street, officers arrested Zane Timothy Livingston, 23, of Havre on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

After a caller at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday reported people trying to get on a railroad car in the region of the Havre water treatment plant, a deputy arrested Daniel Thomas Howard, 26, of Russellville, Arkansas, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Wednesday afternoon and one this morning.

Firefighters responded at 2:33 p.m. to a fire pm the 1200 Block of Cleveland Avenue.
