Wesley John Russette Jr., 31, of Box Elder was arrested at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest location Friday at 3:40 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a 14th Street caller reported Friday at 4:19 p.m. that a 11-year-old boy was freaking out.

Two people were arrested after a 2nd Street caller reported Friday at 8:51 p.m. that people were drinking in the alley by the garage. Roger Lee Wells, 61, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and having an open container in the city. Mary Ruth Demontiney, 54, of Rocky Boy was arrested on arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and having an open container in the city.

Officers investigated a reported hit and run after a caller from McKinley Avenue reported the incident Friday at 11:21 p.m.

Raymond Campbell, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Saturday at 1:50 p.m.

Officers investigated an accident after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Saturday at 9:27 p.m. that a man was hit by a car the night before and needed to report it.

Officers assisted a citizen Saturday at 4:41 p.m. on 10th Street West.

Officers investigated a disturbance after an 11th Street caller reported Saturday at 10:22 p.m. that someone who wasn’t supposed to be drinking was doing so.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance report after a 1st Street northeast caller reported Saturday at 10:25 p.m. that she was slapped by her boyfriend.

Timothy James Tyrrel, 52, of Oakbridge, Oregon was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge after a 1st Street West business caller reported Sunday morning at 4:36 that offciers were trying to locate during the previous shift.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a 6th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 11:55 a.m. that a gunshot went off at the residence next door.

Rubin Loran Stump, 42, of Rocky Boy was arrested Sunday at 12:37 p.m. at Northern Montana Hospital on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a 17th Street West caller reported Sunday at 3:18 p.m. that the complainant said someone was trying to break into a horse trailer before being scared off.

Cassandra Miskeeleigh Stidham, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Smithville Road caller reported Sunday at 3:30 p.m. that he and his ex were fighting.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near Cottonwood Theater reported Sunday at 6:44 p.m. that a vehicle hit and ran in front of the theater. The vehicle that was hit was reported as a white Malibu and the one that took off an orange PT Cruiser.

Megan Lee Dobbs, 23, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer after a caller reported Sunday at 7:05 p.m. that he had information about stolen items and drugs.

Officers investigated a lost property report after a Havre area caller reported Sunday at 9:05 p.m. that his mother lost her wedding ring somewhere between 4th Avenue and Chars.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons for a curfew violation after a Havre area caller reported Monday at 12:26 a.m. that her granddaughter has not returned home.

Officers made three arrests this morning during a motor vehicle stop on Knob Road at 2:36. No further information was provided.

Officers made two arrests this morning after a caller near Havre Middle School reported at 2:42 that a group of juveniles were lighting fires at the track. No further information was provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Elizabeth Emmamain Barnes, 32, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant Friday at 10:12 a.m. near 16th Avenue.

Troy Michael Anderson, 18, of Crow Agency was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported the incident Friday 3:24 p.m.

Sandra Lee Kendall, 53, of Hays was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a deputy Friday at 6:43 p.m. stopped to speak with some people at the Walleye Pavilion.

Deputies investigated a found property report after a caller from Beaver Creek Highway reported Sunday at 9:33 a.m. a wallet was found while fishing.

Gerold Keith Parker, 46, of Box Elder was arrested at theRocky Boy Police Department on a Justice or City warrant Sunday at 2:38 p.m.

Deputies investigated a disturbance after a Base Road caller reported Sunday at 9:17 p.m. that the neighbor shoved them and broke down the front door.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday and another Saturday.

——

Fire crews responded to a fire call Friday on the 1700 Block of 5th Avenue. Someone had burned something on the stove of an apartment and reported it. The fire had been put out and there was no action needed by the fire department.

——

Fire crews responded to a call on the 1200 Block of 11th Street West. A gas odor was detected. Eventually, a valve was found to be loose and odor went away after it was tightened.

A boy was born Friday, June 17, 2016, to Brenton Beard and Keelie Solomon-Beard of Havre.
