Mary Nault's "Spreading My Wings" is the featured show this month at Artitudes Gallery in the Atrium Mall.
Artitudes sponsored an artist's reception for Nault last Friday in the gallery.
Nault said her first art show was in 1990, but she has been creating art since she was a child.
"I was raised on a farm and was always getting in trouble for drawing. ... I was suppose to be doing chores," she said.
Nault said she is always experimenting with different mediums. She goes to Arizona every year to keep up on the latest art trends.
She said her latest techniques are to paint and ink gourds.
