Michael Joseph Welch, 18, of Havre was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants Wednesday at 3:46 p.m. on 5th Street.

Officers investigated an assault charge after a 4th Street caller reported Wednesday at 4:13 p.m. that a woman tried to run over a man with a car.

Michael Jay Stump Jr., 18, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Wednesday at 4:20 p.m. at the police station.

Rebecca Jean Miller, 40, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of having a vicious dog and dog biting after a caller on McKinley Avenue reported Wednesday at 6:43 p.m. a dog bite.

Sheriff’s office dispatch log reported no arrests or investigations.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.
