Democrats set county convention

Hill County Democrats will hold their 2016 Democratic Delegate Selection County Convention Thursday, June 9, at 8 p.m. at the Eagles Club in Havre.

All Democrats who are registered voters in Hill County are invited for the purpose of electing delegates to the Montana Democratic Party’s Delegate Selection Convention in Helena on June 11. That convention will elect delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

There is no cost to participate, and the county party members say they encourage all Democrats, including members of minority groups, to attend and be part of the county convention The venue for the convention is accessible to Democrats with disabilities.
