Havre High School student volunteers work Friday to rebuild a display made with colored plastic cups on the rebuilt section of the fence of the William "Bill" Vaughey Memorial Tennis Courts by the high school. The section of fence was replaced by the city after it was destroyed March 8 when a driver drove a car through it onto the courts.
