Charlotte L. (Allen) Ray, 93, passed away at the Big Sandy Medical Center on April 5, 2016.

A memorial service and celebration of Charlotte’s life will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, 11 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church in Big Sandy.
