Donna Jeanne (Gallagher) Celej, born Jan. 23, 1970, in Spokane, Washington, to Donald and Jackee (Rick) Gallagher, entered into rest May 2, 2016, north of Havre, Montana, surrounded by family and loved ones following an illness.
A celebration of Donna's life will be at the farm of Lee and Jackee Morse on Saturday, May 7, at 5 p.m., at 7739 Fresno Road North, Havre, Montana.
Donna lived in Spokane, Washington, graduating from Lewis and Clark High School in 1988 and attending Spokane Community College receiving a degree in computer science.
Donna was the proud mother of two children, Haley and Alex. Most recently, Donna lived in Havre, Montana, where she worked bartending and waitressing, touching many lives.
Donna was preceded in death by her son, Alexander Celej of Spokane, Washington; her parents, also from Spokane; sisters, Vicky Hall, Judy Hall, Terry Shaw, Margie Hall and Karen Kendall; and brothers Gary Hall, Timothy Hall and Thomas Hall.
Donna is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Haley and John Mitchell of Fort Lewis, Washington, and grandchildren Annabella, Alix and Kinnedy Mitchell; her sisters, Jackee (Lee) Morse of Havre, Montana, Susan (Mel) Felton of Auburn, Washington, Karen (John) Whiteman of Spokane, and Sally Gallagher of British Columbia; sister-in-law Rebecca (Tommy) Jim of Yakima, Washington; brother-in-law Dave (Karen) Kendall of St. Maries, Idaho; brothers Donald (Margie) Gallagher of Grand Coulee, Washington, Bill Gallagher of Steamboat, Colorado, and Jim (Darlene) Gallagher of Spokane, Washington; best friend Felisha Ring of Spokane; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces; and last, but not least, her dog Tate (tater tot).
