Officers investigated a report of a missing cat after a someone reported it Friday at 7:08 a.m. at the police station.

Three juveniles were issued summonses after a 6th Avenue caller reported suspicious activity Friday at 12:02 p.m. A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and underage tobacco possession or consumption and a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption.

Officers investigated an animal control report after a 3rd Street caller reported Friday at 1 p.m. that the caller’s dog was attacked by a neighbor’s dog.

Codie Darwin Nalder, 22, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and criminal contempt after an officer looked into a complaint Friday at 2:35 p.m. at 5th Avenue and 5th Street.

Milton Erixon Garcia, 30, of Baytown, Texas, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West Friday at 4:04 p.m. The charges were driving under the influence undetermined level, refused to test; driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license; and speeding on a local street.

Officers investigated a parenting plan complaint Friday at 4:40 p.m.

Leona Snell, 57, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and assault after a caller reported Friday at 8:40 p.m. that her child was taken to another city by his grandmother.

Officers issued two people summonses after a 2nd Street caller reported Saturday morning at 3:16 that her mother-in-law assaulted her. Leona Snell, 57, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and assualt and Kaylee Elean Reed, 26, of Havre was issued a summons on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers investigated Saturday at 8:31 a.m. a motor vehicle crash at Main Street and 16th Avenue between a Ford pickup truck and a Chevy Cruze. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a possible drug offense after a caller from a 10th Street West address reported Saturday at 12:54 p.m. that a glass tube was found.

Officers assisted a citizen who reported at the police station Saturday at 5:09 p.m. wanting to talk to an officer about a man who was harassing her brother.

An officer made two arrests during a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 6:17 p.m. Kelsey Briana Ketchum, 18, of Havre was for driving without a driver’s license, driving without insurance and speeding, and Brianna Jimmie Gardipee, 20, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Larry Lee Boe, 52, of Havre was issued a summons on the charge of having a nuisance dog or animal after a 10th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 7:32 p.m. that dogs were barking.

Roger Anthony Longknife III, 46, of Harlem was arrested on the charge of criminal trespass to property after an officer initiated the arrest Saturday at 11:42 p.m. under the viaduct.

Benoit Royce Azure, 28, of Wolf Point was arrested on charges expired vehicle registration and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street West Sunday morning at 12:33.

Joshua James Fredrick Nimmick, 38, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI and failure to obey red traffic signal Sunday morning at 12:33 on 2nd Street West.

Raymond Lee Vandenbos, 45, of Valier was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and probation violation and on a Justice or City court warrant after a 16th Street caller asked for a assistance Sunday at 8:29 a.m. with an ex-husband who may have needed to go to the hospital for mental health concerns.

Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity after a 10th Street caller reported Sunday at 1:01 p.m. that a man appeared to be choking a woman while driving.

Tomi Nichole Bunney, 27, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, obstructing a peace officer, disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a 3rd Street caller reported a “possible disturbance” Sunday at 7:29 p.m.

John Martin Holman, 24, of Havre was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated after a 3rd Street caller reported Sunday at 9:13 p.m. that a man threatened to stab her dog.

Jason Lee Berger, 32, of Havre was arrested for violating probation after a 2nd Street caller reported Sunday at 11:44 p.m. that people were being loud and smoking marijuana.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a dog bite that occurred in Box Elder and was reported Saturday at 3:18 p.m. from Big Sandy Medical Center.

Cassandra Marie Jackson, 33, of Harlem was served two Justice or City court warrants at Hill County Detention Center Sunday at 2:10 a.m.

James Dean Mitchell, 47, of Rocky Boy was transported from Rocky Boy to Hill County Detention Center and arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Sunday at 5:50 p.m.

Deputies investigated a fight reported from 15th Street North Sunday at 6:52 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 8:25 p.m. report from a Box Elder establishment of an erratic driver.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 9:03 p.m. report of a theft at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, two calls Saturday and two Sunday

Fire crews responded to a structure fire call Friday at 6:40 p.m. at the 1100 Block of 10th Avenue. The resident was storing things on top of the stove and after turning it on, a fire was started. The fire, Fire Department Chief Haedges said, caused about $60,000 in damages. The elderly woman was transported to Northern Montana Hospital for smoke inhalation. The home is not habitable.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 6:28 p.m. on the 800 Block of 2nd Street. A fire was started in the back of a truck that had some wood in it. The fire was put out and no further damage to the vehicle was done.
