Wet snow covers a crocus Monday during the spring snowstorm in north-central Montana. Two recent storms that included heavy snow have reversed a shortage of moisture in the area, with Havre receiving more than 2.5 inches of rain since April 13. Havre was almost a third-of-an-inch short for the year April 1 but had received 2.2 inches above the norm by midnight Monday.
