Officers investigated a disturbance report after a 4th Street caller reported Friday at 1:51 p.m. that two men were fighting and a woman was recording.

Officers investigated a complaint after someone went to the police station Friday at 4:31 p.m and reported a protection order violation.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash reported from Beaver Creek Boulevard Friday at 10:08 p.m. The caller said a Toyota 4Runner was involved in the hit and run.

Officers arrested Kenesia Marie Bauer after, 35, of Box Elder on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller from 2nd Street reported Saturday at 2:28 a.m. that a woman was thrown from a vehicle and was lying in the street.

Officers investigated, Saturday at 8:02 a.m., a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers made an arrest Saturday at 8:02 a.m. at the police station in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation. No further information was provided.

Michael John Svilar, 19, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated the arrest Saturday at 1:54 p.m. on 18th Street.

Officers investigated an auto theft report after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Saturday at 3:17 p.m. that a Mercury Topaz was stolen.

James Everett Eagleman, 37 of Rocky Boy was arrested for violating conditions of release after a caller from a 2nd Street business reported Saturday at 6:17 p.m. that things were taken out of his niece’s vehicle and the man was trying to sell it.

Officers investigated, Saturday at 8 p.m., a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated a theft after someone came to the police station Saturday at 8:50 p.m. to report that she had lost her wallet at a restaurant and after it had been returned, she found that the money had been taken.

Kirk Allen Smith, 45, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, violation of protective order and stalking after a 12th Street caller reported Saturday at 10:12 p.m. that she saw a man she had a protection order against driving by.

Trevor William Marks, 32 of Havre was arrested Sunday at 9:08 a.m. at the police station on a probation violation.

Timothy Lee Dennis, 33, of Chinook was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license Sunday at 12:08 p.m. as an officer initiated the arrest on 1st Street.

Officers investigated a theft after a 5th Street caller reported Sunday at 2:19 p.m. that things were taken from a tool shed.

Kevin Gene Tomaskie, 42, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a 3rd Street caller reported Sunday at 2:33 p.m. that his son was “acting up.”

Wilbur Joseph Nagel, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving without a driver's license and not having insurance, second offense, on 5th Avenue after a caller reported Sunday at 5:03 p.m. that someone was driving erratically.

Officers made an arrest and issued two summons after a 2nd Street caller reported Sunday at 7:26 p.m. a burglary in progress. A 14-year-old was arrested on a charge of residential burglary and two 12-year-olds were each issued a summons on charges of residential burglary, criminal mischief and a probation violation.

Three arrests were made this morning at 2:29 during a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street West. No further information was provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a complaint after a caller from 1st Street reported it Friday at 10:23 a.m.

Deputies investigated a disturbance after a 90 Road South caller reported Friday at 6:44 p.m. that his 14-year-old son was being violent.

Deputies investigated a theft report after a caller from a U.S. Highway 87 business in Box Elder reported Saturday at 1:35 p.m. that beadwork was stolen from the office.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency personnel responded to five calls Friday, one call on Saturday, one call Sunday and two calls today.

A girl was born Saturday, April 23, 2016, to Jaidyn Bishop and Marcus Henry of Harlem.
