Officers made an arrest and issued two summons after a 2nd Street caller reported Sunday at 7:26 p.m. a burglary in progress. A 14-year-old was arrested on a charge of residential burglary and two 12-year-olds were each issued a summons on charges of residential burglary, criminal mischief and a probation violation.
