Eric Michael Burnet, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of nonaggravated partner or family assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device and on a state District Court warrant and a federal warrant after a 1st Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Friday at 7:04 a.m.

Curtis Wayne Stanley, 50, of Havre was arrested Friday at 8:40 a.m. at the police station for a violation of release conditions related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers assisted a citizen after someone at the police department Friday at 9:04 a.m. to report being stalked.

Officers investigated a report of found property after a 17th Street caller reported finding a bike Friday at 11:46 a.m.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash Friday at 12:24 p.m. on 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a theft report after someone came to the police station Monday at 3:32 p.m. to report that $70 was stolen from their home.

Officers issued a summons to a 9-year-old after a 3rd Street caller reported Friday at 10:38 p.m. that her son “took off” and she hadn’t been able to find him.

Jacob Matthew Bold, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt Friday at 11:51 p.m. during a bar walk-through in Town Square.

Mikayla Mary Virostek, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession Saturday at 12:18 a.m. at a 1st Street establishment.

Kyle Jay Rummel, 27, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, undetermined level, driving without insurance and “other” during a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 1:11 a.m. on 2nd Avenue.

Cameron James Eagleman, 33, of Box Elder was arrested on a probation violation after a 3rd Street caller reported Saturday at 4:01 a.m. an assault.

David Perez, 40, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a 10th Street West caller reported Saturday at 2:28 p.m.that a drunk man was trying to fight.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a person at 3:33 p.m. Saturday reported at the police department that a car had been dented.

Peter Anthony Kinniburgh, 20, of Havre was arrested Sunday at 1:10 a.m. on 2nd Street on a Justice or City court warrant.

Sunday at 2:45 a.m. near a 1st Street park an officer reported he had three people running from him. A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were issued summonses each on charges of MIP and curfew violations; Sonora Cree Standingrock, 23, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and endangering the welfare of children; and Jonathan Seaton, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, endangering the welfare of children and criminal contempt.

A 16-year-old was arrested on charges of MIP and a probation violation after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Sunday at 7:52 a.m. that a man was passed out in the apartment.

Officers made two arrests after an 18th Street caller reported Sunday at 10:38 p.m. a disturbance. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated a theft report after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Sunday at 10:56 a.m. that their car had been broken into.

Juanita Lucia Reico, 23, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of reckless driving, endangering the welfare of children and disorderly conduct after someone came into the police station to report Sunday at 1:57 p.m. that someone was following him.

Officers investigated Sunday at 5:56 p.m. a report from a Boulevard Avenue caller who said he found a “bag of weed and a scale.”

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Hatty Lei Turcotte, 31, of Box Elder on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 6:54 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a Saturday 9:03 p.m. complaint from 33rd Avenue Northeast.

——

Deputies assisted a citizen after a caller from a 1st Street West business reported Saturday at 9:15 p.m. that a woman who was bleeding from her hands and feet had come into the business.

Stephen Eric Engelhardt, 33, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant and two Justice or City court warrants in the Saddle Butte area Sunday at 7:45 p.m.

Deputies investigated a cabin burglary reported from Beaver Creek Park Sunday at 7:59 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, two calls Saturday and six calls Sunday.

Fire Crews responded to a 6:08 p.m. Saturday call on the 100 Block of 34th Avenue West. The smoke alarm was set off by a popcorn machine. Fire crews found no fire and no further threat. No further action was necessary.

Fire Crews responded to an 8:11 p.m. Saturday call on the 1400 Block of Monroe Avenue, where someone was cooking and smoke arose. Fire crews found no further sign of trouble and no further action was necessary.

Fire Crews responded to a 3:57 p.m. Sunday call, that turned out to be an investigation only, on the 1200 Block of Cleveland Avenue.

A boy was born Wednesday, April 13, 2016, to Ryan and Mandy Fladager of Peerless.
