Raymond Windyboy, 54, of Rocky Boy was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a caller from a 2nd Street business reported that a male was lying in an alley and “screaming at people.”

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Thursday at 5:04 p.m. that a tackle box was stolen.

Deputies investigated a theft after a caller from a 1st Street North address reported Thursday at 6:23 p.m. that a youth rifle was stolen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday.

Fire crews responded to a call Thursday at 4:48 p.m. at the 100 Block of 1st Street West after a caller reported a natural gas odor. Fire department and NorthWestern Energy detection instruments found no trace of natural gas.

No further action was required.
