Havre Police Department

Robert Nelson Weaver, 50, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog and dog at large after someone came to the police department to report trouble with dogs Wednesday at 8:46 p.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of driving without insurance, driving without a driver’s license and juvenile curfew violations after an officer initiated the action at a 1st Street business.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Marcus Anthony Gallegos, 33, of Box Elder on three Justice or City court warrants during a transport from Rocky Boy Agency to Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency fire crews responded to four fire calls Wednesday.
