Havre Police Department

Officers performed a welfare checked after a Havre area caller requested it Tuesday at 7:26 a.m.

Aleisha Morningstar The Boy, 24, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, criminal trespass to property, violations of conditions release and other after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported Tuesday at 9:24 a.m. that a woman trespassed and would not leave.

Officers investigated a found property report after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Tuesday at 2:20 p.m. finding a set of keys in the parking lot.

Charles Norman Spoonheim, 82, of Turner was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Tuesday at 3:21 p.m. an erratic driver.

Richard James Lieberg, 40, of Havre was arrested on a probation violation Tuesday at 6:08 p.m. near a 1st Street address.

Jeffrey Blaine Dolphay, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of nuisance animal and criminal contempt after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 10:55 p.m. that the neighbor’s dog had been barking for the last hour and nobody was home.

Ethan Edward Pletan, 22, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and a headlamp violation during a motor vehicle stop this morning at 1:48 on 3rd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an animal control report after an anonymous caller reported a problem Tuesday at 3:32 p.m. No further information was provided.

Cody Nault, 25, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Tuesday at 8:09 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency fire crews responded to one call Tuesday.
