New indictments on Rocky Boy embezzlement

GREAT FALLS — A new round of indictments started today alleging fraud, corruption and embezzlement at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.

Brian Kelly Eagleman of Rocky Boy was arraigned this morning in federal District Court on charges of conspiracy to defraud an American Indian tribe, scheme to defraud an American Indian tribe, bribery and theft from an Indian tribal organization.

Kevin David McGovern of Billings was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to defraud an American Indian tribe, scheme to defraud an American Indian tribe and bribery, and the businesses MC Equity Holdings and MT Waterworks, represented by McGovern, were arraigned on the same charges.
