Officers investigated a vandalism report after a 5th Street caller reported at 3:38 p.m. Friday that a car, truck, snowmobile and golf cart had their windshields and headlights broken.

Officers investigated a shoplifting report after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Friday at 5:41 p.m. that a family took off in a white Plymouth van after having taken “a bunch of groceries.”

Officers investigated a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash involving a red Chevy pickup truck after a caller from 2nd Street West reported it Friday at 9:06 p.m.

Officers issued four summons Saturday morning at 2:29 a.m. near an 11th Street West business: A 15-year-old got a summons on charges of driving under the influence, minor in possession, violate restrictions on driver’s license and juvenile curfew violations and a 15-year-old and two 16-year-olds each received a summons on charges of MIP and juvenile curfew violations.

Lance Udell Stump, 29, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a caller from a 1st Street Northeast address reported a disturbance Saturday at 2:51 a.m.

Samuel Clearance Wells, 58, of Havre was arrested on an assault charge after an 11th Street West caller reported suspicious activity Saturday at 9:01 a.m.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a 2nd Street caller reported Saturday at 11:50 a.m. that a storage shed was broken into.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a 4th Place West caller reported Saturday at 12:39 p.m. that someone shot out the window of the calling party’s camper, “possibly with a pellet gun.”

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller from Lincoln Avenue reported Sunday at 2:01 a.m. that a black, two-door sports car hit another car and took off.

Anthony Dominick Harkins, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and criminal contempt after a caller from the alley between 2nd and 3rd avenues reported Sunday at 2:38 p.m. that a man on a cellphone was threatening someone on the other end with a gun.

Jeffrey Scott Lipp, 48, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of dog at large and nuisance dog or animal after a Lila Drive caller reported Sunday at 10:19 p.m. a barking dog.

Officers investigated a hit and run crash report near a 1st Street West establishment this morning at 12:37.

Officers investigated a "beer boogie" after a call from an 11th Street West business this morning at 12:42.

A 14-year-old was issued summons after a 6th Avenue caller reported this morning at 2:11 two “males breaking into cars.” The charges were criminal trespass to vehicles, two counts of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, theft of belongings from motor vehicle, MIP, juvenile curfew violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shalonn Carole Denson, 35, of Havre was arrested this morning at 2:15 on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, criminal contempt and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported from 2nd Street Northewest this morning at 2:48. No further information has been provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Paul Deforest Chase Jr., 43, of Box Elder Friday on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and on Justice or City court warrant after receiving a call from Rocky Boy Police Department in Box Elder Friday at 6:15 p.m.

Deputies arrested Ralph Chatfield Preston, 59, of Rudyard on charges of nonaggravated partner or family assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device after the incident was reported at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 8:04 p.m.

Deputies arrested John Joseph Bear Jr, 27, of Havre Saturday at 5:36 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies arrested Rosemary Cheyenne St. Pierre, 36, of Box Elder Sunday at 8:21 p.m. at the detention center on a Justice or City court warrant.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three Saturday and two Sunday.
