Officers investigated a hit and run motor vehicle crash Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. off 11th Street. No further information has been provided.

Codie Darwin Nalder, 21 of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief and vandalism after a caller from Head Start School reported a disturbance Wednesday at 4:07 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 3rd Street address reported Wednesday at 7:13 p.m. a “posssible theft.”

Two individuals were issued summons during a motor vehicle stop this morning at 12:13 for “racing.” Morgan Spencer Barone, 19, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of reckless driving and racing or speed contest; Kenneth James Holt, 22, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of reckless driving and racing or speed contest.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made an arrest at the Hill County Courthouse Wednesday at 10:01 a.m. No further information was provided.

Deputies made two arrests Wednesday at 9:07 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center. Shannon Leah Wing, 40, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice ir City court warrant and Grant Mitchell, 27, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.
