Officers investigated a report of a stolen wallet after a Center Street caller reported the theft Monday at 11:25 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a car and a truck on 3rd Street after a caller reported it Monday at 11:35 a.m. No injuries were reported.

Officers investigated a drug offense report after a 6th Avenue caller reported Monday at 3:35 p.m. that a narcotic pill was missing.

Officers arrested Amber Roggenbuck, 33, of Williston, North Dakota, Monday at 6:27 p.m. on a charge of sexual intercourse without consent after someone from Toole County Sheriff’s Department called Havre Police Department.

A caller from a 3rd Street West address requested a welfare check on a man this morning at 12:27.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

James David Berger Jr., 37, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 8:01 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested Rick Valdez, 39, of Havre on charges of assault and violations of conditions release after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 East address reported an assault Monday at 8:01 p.m.

Deputies investigated a complaint Monday at 9:47 p.m. from 2nd Avenue in Hingham.

Joseph Thomas Doney, 41, of Hays was arrested this morning at 12:33 at the jail on two Justice or City court warrants.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 East address reported suspicious activity this morning at 2:25.
