Officers arrested Ryan Cole Goss, 24, of Havre Friday at 8:23 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a theft report after a 1st Street Northeast caller reported it Friday at 9:42 a.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons for a charge of underage tobacco use or consumption after a Havre High School staff member reported it Friday at 12:58 p.m.

A 17-year-old juvenile was issued a summons for a charge of underage tobacco use or consumption after a Havre High staff member reported it Friday at 1:34 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 17th Street West called Friday at 2:02 p.m. to report that his medication had been stolen.

Officers investigated a hit-and-run accident Friday at 5:46 p.m. on 1st Street. No further information was provided.

Jasmine Ann Rainbow Stump, 28, of Box Elder was issued a summons on charges of driving with a revoked or suspended driver’s license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and criminal contempt during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Friday at 9:36 p.m.

Harvey Joshua Herrig, 20, of Havre was issued a summons Saturday morning at 1:12 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 3rd Street for charges of reckless driving and other.

Cary Michael Welch, 24, of Kalispell was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation during a motor vehicle stop on 7th Street Saturday morning at 2:18.

Officers issued a summons to a 17-year-old juvenile for charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations after a caller from a 10th Street West address reported Saturday morning at 2:52 that her daughter hadn’t come home after school.

Officers arrested Angela Rose Newfield, 53, of Havre on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after a caller from a 16th Street West address reported a disturbance Saturday morning at 3:04 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash between a Ford F-150 and a Pontiac Firebird Saturday at 10:35 a.m. on Wilson Avenue.

Officers investigated a sex offense report Saturday at 12:07 p.m. after a caller asked for assistance with a juvenile boy found in her niece’s room.

Officers investigated a citizen assist request from McKinley Avenue Saturday at 5:53 p.m.

Clayton Blade White, 20, of Minot, North Dakota, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from Havre High School reported a man with a city warrant Saturday at 8:21 p.m.

Khiana Nicole Berg, 20, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant and charges of shoplifting, resisting arrest, MIP and violations of conditions release Saturday at 10:50 p.m. at a 1st Street business.

James Cedric Cox, 21, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested on charges of assault, resisting arrest, criminal contempt and obstructing a peace officer after a caller from a Tracy Lane address reported Sunday at 2:55 a.m. that a man was attacking people.

Officers made two arrests after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Saturday at 4:48 a.m. that people were drunk and fist fighting. Sean Ryan Runsthrough, 30, of Frazier was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and Kristy Leeann Spottedwolf, 33, of Havre was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge.

Officers issued two summons Sunday morning at 5:57 a.m. at the police station. A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and a curfew violation and Michael Joseph Welch, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a caller from a 5th Avenue business reported Sunday at 10:25 a.m. that the building was broken into.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller from a 2nd Street address reported Sunday at 4:17 p.m. that a license plate was stolen.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a found debit card Friday at 11:38 a.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Deputies arrested Jason Ed Keeling, 41, of Havre one mile east of the dump on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 1:20 a.m.

Deputies arrested Sean Ryan Runsthrough, 30, of Frazier Saturday at 3:43 p.m. near 2nd Street and 4th Avenue on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies investigated an assault at the Hill County Detention Center Sunday at 5:34 a.m. that involved an inmate assaulting two detention officers.

Deputies arrested Tianna Raelle Sutherland, 20, of Box Elder on charges of criminal endangerment, partner or family member assault, assault, criminal mischief, driving without a driver’s license, MIP and endangering the welfare of children after a caller from Road 100 South reported Sunday at 6:17 p.m. a woman in a car trying to stab her.

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, one call Saturday and four Sunday.
