Alert out for 2 missing youth

At the request of the Blackfeet Tribal Police Department, the Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Victor Killsnight and Kaelin Rodgers.

It was reported onFriday that both boys were taken by their non-custodial father ,Shem Killsnight ,from a CPS placement home in Browning.

Victor Killsnight is an 8-year-old Native American male, 3 foot 5, 57 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, cognitively delayed and speech impaired.

Kaelin Rodgers is a 12-year-old Native American male, 4 foot 7, 80 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Shem Killsnight is a 37-year-old Native American male, 6 foot, 300 lbs., brown eyes and brown hair. He is currently under federal investigation for child abuse and is possibly armed. He may be driving a black 2000 Oldsmobile Alero GL 4-door with Montana license plate number 38-0782B, possibly en route to Tacoma or Seattle, Washington.
