Ryan Cole Goss, 24, of Havre was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 9:16 a.m. at a 10th Street West address.

Derek Paul Converse, 31, of Havre was arrested on a probation violation after an official with probation and parole requested assistance at a 3rd Street address Thursday at 11:09 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of theft after a caller from a 2nd Avenue address reported Thursday at 11:55 p.m. that his phone was stolen.

A juvenile at Havre High School was issued a summons Thursday at 12:58 p.m. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated a complaint after a caller from a 2nd Street reported a possible restraining order violation Thursday at 8:16 p.m.

Samuel Collins Gebhart, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller from a 1st West Street establishment reported Thursday at 11:32 p.m. that a “male passed out in the smoke shack.”

Derek Paul Converse, 31, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the county jail at 1:35 p.m. Thursday.
