Brandon Chase St. Marks, 22, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 11:38 p.m. at a 1st Street Northeast address.

An arrest was made Wednesday at 2:32 p.m. at a 2nd Street address. No other information was provided.

Tyrel Henry Bear, 30, of Havre was arrested on a probation violation Wednesday at 4:17 p.m. at the probation and parole office.

Nicole Lynn Brown, 30, of Chinook was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and disorderly conduct after a caller from a 1st Street Northeast address reported that a man was beating up his wife.

Officers made an arrest after a caller from an 11th Street West business at 4:47 a.m. this morning reported suspicious activity.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.
