Officers made two arrests after a caller on 1st Street reported a fight Sunday at 3:02 a.m. Jacyne Bill, 24, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and disorderly conduct and Raven Nicole Coffe, 21, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and partner or family member assault.

Adelle Delaine Koop, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller from a 2nd Street address reported Sunday at 1:19 p.m. that a battery had been stolen off the porch.

Officers arrested Moses Lloyd Champagne, 41, of Havre on a charge of shoplifting after a caller from a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter in custody Sunday at 7:37 p.m.

James Douglas Head, 51, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device after a caller from a 17th Street West address reported suspicious activity Sunday at 8:48 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of theft after a caller from a 1st Street business called in a gas drive-off this morning at 12:17.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies issued summonses to two juveniles after a caller from a U.S. Highway 87 location reported a complaint Friday at 8:21 p.m. A 15-year-old juvenile was issued a summons for charges of driving without a driver’s license, minor in possession and fleeing or eluding a peace officer. A 16-year-old juvenile was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession.

Deputies arrested Stephanie Shawn Cochran, 23 of Havre was arrested Saturday at 12:53 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies made an arrest on a drug offense charge Sunday at 1:49 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center. No further information was available in the log.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Saturday, one call Sunday and one call this morning.

Fire crews responded to a smoke alarm that was set off by renovation work at Northen Montana Hospital. Everything was under control and no further action was necessary.
