Kyndyll Kay McGarvey, 21, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, unlawful transactions with children and criminal contempt after a caller from a 17th Street West address reported Wednesday at 2:26 p.m. that a person was “driving with child between them and steering wheel.”

Samuel Clearance Wells, 58, of Havre was arrested on a criminal trespass to property near Assinniboine Avenue after a caller reported Wednesday at 7:34 p.m. that a man trespassed on the patio.

Kory Christopher Ross, 30, of Ulm was arrested at 12:46 this morning on 7th Avenue on charges of aggravated DUI and careless driving.

After a caller from a tavern on 1st Street West reported a man was “sleeping in the smoke shack” who wouldn’t wake up, an officer arrested Willis Evon Clayborn, 31, of Havre on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct.
