Officers investigated a Monday 9:40 a.m. complaint from a caller at a 12th Street business.

Officers investigated a report made from 15th Street Monday at 10:27 a.m. of a stolen trailer license plate.

An arrest was made after officers investigated a drug offense on 2nd Street Monday at 12:29 p.m. No details about the charges was provided.

Justin Radim Jezek, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served the warrant at 2nd Avenue address Monday at 4:03 p.m.

Officers investigated a found cash box turned in to the police station Monday at 6:35 p.m.

Teresa Angel Jiron, 21, of Havre was issued a summons at 8:48 p.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Kirk Allen Smith, 44, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of a protective order and criminal contempt after a caller reported Monday at 10:16 p.m. receiving a call at work on 1st Street West from someone she has a protection order against.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Austin Jeff Cochran, 39, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 7:46 p.m.

Deputies investigated an 11:32 p.m. Monday report from 1st Street of a man “hit in the head several times with a baseball bat.”

Two arrests were made at a Box Elder residence after deputies were called at 2:15 this morning to investigate a domestic disturbance. No details about the charges were provided.

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday and one call this morning.
