Men accused of armed disturbance plead not guilty

Lacey The Boy and Arnold Sisneros Jr. appeared Friday afternoon in state District Court in Havre and pleaded not guilty to accusations that on the morning of Feb. 13, they caused a disturbance near the Town Pump by threatening someone with a firearm and breaking the back window of a truck with a baseball bat.

Sisneros is accused of being the man with the bat. He allegedly broke the rear window of a pickup and caused harm to a 9-year-old who was on the other side of the window when it happened.

Sisneros pleaded not guilty to assault with a weapon, criminal endangerment and criminal mischief. He is in Hill County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond. Judge Daniel Boucher told Sisneros' public defendant Kaydee Ruiz to have motions and dates ready to go by April 7.

The Boy appeared in court via video network from Cascade County Detention Center. He is suspected of pointing a gun at the victims during the Feb. 13 incident.

The Boy is charged with assault with a weapon, criminal endangerment, assault and criminal mischief. His public defender, also Ruiz, was asked to have motions and dates ready to go by April 16.
