Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash on 1st Street West Friday it was reported at 7:57 a.m. No injuries were reported.

Thomas Mark Mohar, 24 of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of criminal contempt, assault and “other” after a 1st Street West caller reported Friday at 1:06 p.m. a “possible abuse allegation.”

Wayne Lee Dolphay, 63, of Havre was arrested Friday at 5 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence and having an open container in a moving vehicle.

Leslie Ray Bender, 68, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of careless driving and failure to stop and identify self after striking unattended vehicle after a caller from Jefferson Apartments reported Friday at 7:38 p.m. that a large pickup truck hit a parked vehicle and took off.

Jona Jo Bear, 26, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license Friday at 10:20 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop initiated by an officer.

Sam Mix was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller from a 1st Street West business reported at 11:11 p.m. that a man had passed out in the restaurant lobby.

Roger John Brough, 55, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of stalking, criminal trespass to property, theft and two counts of criminal contempt after a caller from McKinley Avenue reported a complaint Saturday at 1:52 a.m.

Officers investigated a theft reported at the police station Saturday at 3:27 a.m. This reporting party reported that tires were slashed a 12th Street business Saturday at 4:24 a.m.

Officers investigated a 12:36 p.m. Saturday report from 14th Avenue that a man had entered a house and ran away after seeing the reporting party.

Melissa Lynn Nagel, 39, of Box Elder was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or public servant after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Saturday at 1:39 p.m. that a woman trespassed into the store.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury crash reported at 13th Avenue and 2nd Street Saturday at 4:02 p.m.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons for a curfew violation after a 4th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 12:07 a.m. that her niece had not come home yet.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons for driving without a driver’s license after someone from the Boy’s and Girl’s Club reported Sunday at 1:17 a.m. that young kids were hanging around the west side of the club.

Janet St. Marks, 53, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after a caller from 2nd Street reported Sunday at 10:38 a.m. an erratic driver.

Officers investigated a hit-and-run Sunday at 11:42 a.m. on 5th Avenue.

Clarissa Mae Messerly, 24, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and a state District Court warrant and a federal court warrant after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Sunday at 3:07 a woman with a warrant.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash near a 1st Street West business after a caller reported Sunday at 5:34 p.m. a hit-and-run.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash near a 1st Street West business after someone reported the incident Sunday at 7:55 p.m.

Teresa Angel Jiron, 21 of Havre was arrested on charges of parking on a roadway, DUI, operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and driving without insurance Sunday at 10:50 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop initiated by an officer.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a curfew violation after a caller from a Bonine Drive address reported at 1:27 a.m. today that her dauther wasn’t home and she didn’t know where she was.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated 4:31 p.m. and 5:28 p.m. requests Friday for assistance at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, one Saturday and three Sunday.
