HMS hosting choir festival

Havre Middle School is hosting a Middle School Invitational Choral Festival on Monday, March 7.

Seventh and eighth-grade students from Sunburst, Shelby, Chester-Joplin-Inverness, Chinook, Turner  and Havre Middle School will sing in a large mass choir under the direction of guest conductor Larry Swingen from Malta. 

After a day of rehearsing, an evening concert will be presented at 6:30 p.m. in the Havre Middle School Assembly Room.  The repertoire is a diverse program consisting of jazz, spirituals, and several multicultural selections. 

The public is invited to attend this no-cost event.
