Sheldon Joseph Flying, 46, of Havre was issued a summons Friday at 8:08 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Lejay Healy, 43, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers served the warrant at a 1st Street establishment Friday at 8:50 a.m.

Richard Scott Jarvis, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of speeding on a local street during a motor vehicle stop on 9th Avenue Northwest Friday at 11:39 a.m.

Terra Marie Oats, 31, of Havre was arrested in the Havre area on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 4:23 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity on 15th Street after a caller reported Friday at 10:38 p.m. that a house window had been “shot out.”

Officers called to a fight reported from a 1st Street West establishment at 12:43 a.m. Saturday arrested Anthony Dominick Harkins, 33, of Havre on a disorderly conduct charge and issued a summons to Anthony David Bonavita, 29, of Havre on a disorderly conduct charge.

During a motor vehicle stop on Washington Avenue Saturday at 2:05 a.m., officers arrested Bill Wayne Durbin, 24, of Havre on charges of careless driving, driving without insurance, driving under the influence and a seat belt violation.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a caller from a 6th Street address reported Saturday at 8:52 a.m. that her driver’s side window seemed to have been shot.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on 5th Avenue after a caller reported Saturday at 9:48 a.m. that a Hummer was sideswiped in the alley, taking the mirror.

Desirea Lee Writingbird, 35, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court Saturday at 12:58 p.m. near the Havre-Hill County Library.

Andrew Robert Krezlak, 37, of Havre was arrested on a criminal contempt charge after a caller from a 5th Avenue address reported suspicious activity near his home Saturday at 11:41 p.m.

Officers investigated a report of vandalism after a caller from a 3rd Street address reported Sunday at 12:36 p.m. that her “front picture window was shot out.”

Weston Antone Brown, 52, of Great Falls was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a caller from a 1st Street business reported Sunday at 2:26 p.m. that a man and a woman were sleeping on the bench inside the store.

Russell Clifford Cooper, 45, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer after a caller from an 11th Street West address reported a disturbance Sunday at 3:33 p.m.

Officers made two arrests Sunday after a caller from a 1st Street business reported a theft Sunday at 7:34 p.m. Danelle Stanley, 43, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, having an open container while driving and shoplifting. Ryan Mathewtanner Foursouls, 26, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Anthony Dominick Harkins, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal contempt after a caller from a 10th Street address reported Sunday at 8:16 p.m. that her daughter called for help.

Officers made three arrests after a caller off 2nd Street reported possible drug activity this morning at 3:22. Kaine William Hanson, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer; Derek Paul Converse, 31, of Havre was arrested on a probation violation; and Jaime Dawn The Boy, 39, of Havre was arrested on a probation violation.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a sex offense after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 business called Sunday at 12:15 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two calls Saturday and four Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a brindle female hound mix, a black-and-white female cat, a black-and-tan female cat and a tan female Chihuahua.
