The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in September.

Paul Robert Verity, born in 1986, was fined $350 and ordered to pay $95.40 restitution for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Leslie Annette Crazyboy, born in 1979, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and one credited, for partner or family member assault.

Adrian Louis Corcoran, born in 1991, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 173 days suspended, for criminal contempt and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr., was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended, for assault.

Cody James Meltzian, born in 1991, was fined $550 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, all days suspended, for fleeing from or eluding a peace officer and was fined $350 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense.

Nathan Richard Schafer, born in 1976, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Roberta Leigh Anderson, born in 1954, forfeited, $100 bond for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Victoria Dawn-Lynn Gerrard, born in 1986, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for assault.

Donald Dean Mohr, born in 1970, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail, that day credited, for disorderly conduct.

Terra Marie Oats, born in 1984, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and one credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance.

Jeremie Daniel Brandon, born in 1976, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and two credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Latasha Lee Littlelight, born in 1981, was sentenced to 14 days in jail, all days credited, for criminal contempt.

Lance Jon Stimson, born in 1991, was ordered to pay $40 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 145 days suspended and 35 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property.

Nichole Lynn Bell, born in 1979, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without insurance, first offense.

Laura Louise Wheeler, born in 1984, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Stephen Samuel Hofer, born in 1986, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $300 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two citations: failing to leave identity in unattended struck vehicle and failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000.

Richard Sebastian Kelm, born in 1993, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terry Lyn Adamson, born in 1993, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $50 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property.

David Taylor Eagleman, born in 1959, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Eagleman was sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct.

Ryan Patrick Gallagher, born in 1981, was fined $200 for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000.

Monica Marie Harwood, born in 1996, was fined $100 for each of two citations: animals running at large and aggressive animals, first offense.

Marlayna Shanelle Snow, born in 1991, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of toxic substances.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $600 for possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, under 18, third offense.

Heather Dawn Martell, born in 1983, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 164 days suspended and 16 credited, for each of two citations: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and criminal contempt.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $100 for possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, under 18, first offense.

Lacie Jo Doney, born in 1987, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for operating a vehicle with expired registration.

Cecilia Eve Eagleman, born in 1983, was fined $100 for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

A girl born in 1998 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, under 18, first offense.

Seth William Roemmele, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and find $100 for careless driving.

Nolan Earl Snell, born in 1991, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

John Robert Mcclenaghan, born in 1967, was fined $15 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

A boy born in 1998 was fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Pamela Michelle Lemer, born in 1975, forfeited $250 bond for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Emma Jean Massar, born in 1997, was given deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for interfering with traffic while backing and given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000.

Josephine Lynn Azure, born in 1990, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100, ordered to pay $6.74 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Mary Ruth Demontiney, born in 1961, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Jody Lynn Olson, born in 1979, was fined $2,500 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 350 days suspended and one credited, for aggravated DUI, second offense.

Amy Lorna Johnson, born in 1984, forfeited $150 bond for reckless driving, first offense.

Carol Ivy Meyers, born in 1961, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Timothy Scott Setzer, born in 1979, was given a deferred imposition of sentenced, fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

John Alan Horseman, born in 1971, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Roger Lee Wells, born in 1954, was find $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Jesse Shane Valdez, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury. In a later case, Valdez was fined $200 for possession intoxicating substances while under 21, first offense, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt.

Thomas Jay Parker Jr., born in 1986, was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 300 days suspended and seven credited, for aggravated DUI, third offense; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and fined $100 for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in vehicle on highway; and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, for criminal contempt.

Jessica Ann Eder, born in 1982, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two citations: theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. and criminal trespass to property.

Feather Rae Small, born in 1991, was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Tre Andrew Deserly, born in 1993, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for unlawful transactions with children first violation.

Christian Edward Eagleman, born in 1978, was fined $100 for open container.

Falcon Leigh Meyers, born in 1995, was fined $100 for possessing intoxicating substances under the age of 21, over age 18, first offense.

Jerason Louis Oats, born in 1990, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for unlawful transactions with children, first violation.

Zavion D’Alexander Wolfchild, born in 1996, was fined $100 for possessing intoxicating substances while under 21, over 18, first offense.

RoseAnn Saddler, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for possessing intoxicating substances while under 21, first violation, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

James Lawrence Daychild, born in 1972, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt.

Christie Marie Stump, born in 1982, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 169 days suspended, for each of two counts of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 169 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

James Allen Gardipee, born in 1970, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Adam Cole Bigby, born in 1983, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., born in 1958, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for criminal trespass to property.

Keturah Anne Walker, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of paraphernalia.

Jeffrey Scott Sprinkle, born in 1985, was fined $675 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 358 days suspended and two credited, for DUI, second offense; was fined $100 for each of two citations: following too closely and careless driving; and was fiend $200 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two citations: Failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000.

Cheryl Marie Brown, born in 1974, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, for criminal contempt. In a later case, Brown was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two citations: criminal contempt and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, born in 1970, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; was sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct; and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two counts of criminal contempt.

Gordon James Bacon Sr., born in 1979, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Joseph Don Wetsit, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Eric Jon Krueger, born in 1982, was fined $15 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

In September, Judge Seigel also dealt with 61 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 21 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Another four citations were deferred by the prosecution and four were voided by the ticketing agency.
