Officers made an arrest at the police station Monday at 12:07 p.m. after someone came to “the lobby to turn himself in.” Further details about the arrest were not provided.

Officers investigated a report made from Washington Avenue Monday at 6:03 p.m. of suspicious activity.

Officers were called to Northern Montana Hospital at 5:17 this morning for a disturbance with a combative man in the emergency room. An arrest was made, but no further details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jonathan Wade Stump, 32, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 7:34 a.m.

Deputies investigated a report of a theft called in from U.S. Highway 2 East at 10:46 a.m. Monday.

Deputies investigated a report of a vehicle theft called in Monday at 2:45 p.m. from Road 405 South.

Willis Evon Clayborn, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West store reported a theft Monday 10:29 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call late Monday and another early this morning.

This morning the animal shelter held a female brindle hound mix, a female black and white cat and a male black and tan cat.
