Meagan Raty, 21, of Chinook was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transfer or possession of alcohol Wednesday night after officers initiated investigation of a complaint at a 1st Street establishment at 9:47 p.m.

Mason McDunn, 20, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transfer or possession of alcohol Wednesday night after officers initiated investigation of a complaint at a 1st Street establishment at 9:49 p.m.

Amanda Eagleman, 34, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transfer or possession of alcohol Wednesday night after officers initiated investigation of a complaint at a 1st Street West establishment at 10:44 p.m.

Sandra Lee Kendall, 53, of Harlem was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violation of child restraint, and Valerie Hope Striker, 31, of Fort Belknap was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, during a motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West Thursday at 2:18 p.m.

Officers investigated a 5:26 p.m. Thursday report from Northern Montana Hospital of a dog bite.

Kermit Dean Eagleman, 47, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and Larae Ann Sunchild, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct after officers were called Thursday at 11:36 p.m. to help remove a woman from the caller’s apartment.

An arrest was made this morning after a 2nd Street caller reported at 12:34 a.m. her daughter had been chased by two boys and her back window shot out. No further details about the arrest were provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report made from Clear Creek Road at 11:15 a.m. Thursday that a fence had been cut down again.

Havre Fire Department

The fire department had no medical or fire calls overnight.
