Albert Thomas Cliff, 83, born Nov. 17, 1932, moved to the sand hills at 5:35 p.m., Feb. 10, 2016, in Pasco, Washington, surrounded by his loving sons and family members. Services are at Chief Nosey Center, Lodge Pole. The wake is Monday, Feb. 15, at 5 p.m. The funeral at 11 a.m., Tuesday, with a feed after interment.
