Havre Police Department

Aaron Carl Lamere, 34, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after the theft was reported Wednesday 4:24 p.m. at the police station.

During a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street Wednesday at 6:41 p.m., Janna Lea Chavez, 51, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license, and Sherry Bernita Spang, 39, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

Jesse Lee Schoening, 26, of Havre was arrested Wednesday at 10:04 p.m. at the police station on charges of violation of conditions of release and criminal contempt.

Aaron Carl Lamere, 34, of Havre was arrested at the police department Wednesday at 10:23 p.m. on two Justice of City court warrants.

Officers investigated a report of theft this morning at 5:53 after a caller from a 9th Avenue said her vehicle had been broken into and a battery charger and papers taken.

Officers initiated a theft investigation report this morning at 5:55 a.m. after a vehicle on 7th Street had been broken into.

Hill County Sheriff’ Officers

Deputies investigated a report of shoplifting after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business said that a woman stole diapers and left westbound.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.
